No vague retainers. We learn what you need, design it so it can be built, then ship in stages you can see - with names, dates and costs written down.
The person who runs the first discovery call is still on the project when we press go-live. You are not handed between a sales desk, a design vendor and a separate build team.
Build starts once you have signed off the scope and the design direction.
We list users, current tools, must-haves, nice-to-haves and constraints. You get a ranked scope, a timeline and a price. You can stop there.
Flows, screens and technical shape. You click a prototype before we write production code, so surprises happen on a board, not late in the build.
Development in milestones you can use. Staging you can log into. Testing against the brief, then a planned launch.
Fixes, small features and hosting after go-live. We would rather ship a smaller first version well than pad a backlog you never asked for.
