How we take on an office

No vague retainers. We learn what you have, make it safe to run, then keep it that way — with names, times and costs written down.

Planning an IT handover

Same team from day one

The person who walks your floor for the first review is on the same roster as the engineer who answers when a printer dies on a Monday.

Most offices go from first email to a written review inside two weeks. Day-to-day support starts once the items that would actually take you down — backup, MFA, a ticket path — are in place.

IT discovery in progress
1

Discover

We list devices, logins, Wi-Fi, backups, vendors and who still knows the passwords. You get a ranked list of risks, a 90-day plan and a price. You can stop there.

  • Walkthrough of the office, comms room and coverage
  • Identity and licence review across Microsoft 365 and line-of-business apps
  • A restore test where it is safe to run one
Engineer stabilising systems
2

Stabilise

We fix the few things that would stop the office — MFA, backup, a mailbox people will actually use for tickets — before we take day-to-day ownership.

  • Endpoint agents and mailbox protection
  • Admin access documented and handed over
  • A one-pager: how to raise a ticket, who to email after hours
Day-to-day IT operations
3

Run

Helpdesk, monitoring and site visits to the times we published. First reply during office hours is staffed for, not hoped for.

  • Remote first; on site when it needs hands
  • Monitoring on the systems we agree to watch
  • English-speaking engineers, no scripted first line
Monthly IT refinement review
4

Refine

Monthly reviews to drop unused licences, retire ageing PCs and keep the environment smaller. We would rather switch a server off than bill you to keep nursing it.

  • Ageing hardware and licence reports
  • Scheduled backup and security checks
  • A backlog you can decline

What you walk away with

  • A written review and a priced plan
  • A named engineer and a support mailbox
  • An asset and licence list
  • A monthly service note

Usual timing

  • Day 1–2: enquiry and a short discovery call
  • Same week: on-site walkthrough
  • Following week: written review
  • Support starts after the stabilise items
